Respect State Housing Laws Act

To amend the CARES Act to remove a requirement on lessors to provide notice to vacate, and for other purposes.
1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Respect State Housing Laws Act”.
2. Clarification
Section 4024 of the CARES Act (
15 U.S.C. 9058
) is amended by striking subsection (c).
