That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to “Effluent Limitations Guidelines and Standards for the Steam Electric Power Generating Point Source Category—Deadline Extensions; Correction” (91 Fed. Reg. 4016 (January 30, 2026)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
