TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING
SECTION 43-35-310, RELATING TO THE ADULT PROTECTION COORDINATING COUNCIL, SO AS
TO CORRECT A MEMBER AGENCY NAME.
Be it enacted by the
General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 43-35-310(A)(2)(b) of the S.C. Code is amended
to read:
(b) OfficeDepartment on Aging, Executive Director, or a designee;
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval
by the Governor.
