Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 13.65, subdivision 1, is amended to read:1.7Subdivision 1. Private data. The following data on individuals created, collected and1.8maintained by the Office of the Attorney General are private data on individuals:1.9(a) the record, including but not limited to, the transcript and exhibits of all disciplinary1.10proceedings held by a state agency, board or commission, except in those instances where1.11there is a public hearing;1.12(b) communications and noninvestigative files regarding administrative or policy matters1.13which do not evidence final public actions;1.14(c) consumer complaint data, other than those data classified as confidential, including1.15consumers' complaints against businesses and follow-up investigative materials;1.16(d) investigative data, obtained in anticipation of, or in connection with litigation or an1.17administrative proceeding where the investigation is not currently active; and1.18(e) data collected by the Consumer Division of the Attorney General's Office in its1.19administration of the home protection hot line including: the name, address, and phone1.20number of the consumer; the name and address of the mortgage company; the total amount1.21of the mortgage; the amount of money needed to bring the delinquent mortgage current;Section 1. 102/05/25 REVISOR VH/ES 25-033462.1 the consumer's place of employment; the consumer's total family income; and the history2.2 of attempts made by the consumer to renegotiate a delinquent mortgage.2.3 EFFECTIVE DATE.
