Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 297A.67, subdivision 9, is amended to read:1.6Subd. 9. Baby products. Breast pumps, baby bottles and nipples, pacifiers, teething1.7rings, and infant syringes, baby wipes, cribs and bassinets, crib and bassinet mattresses,1.8crib and bassinet sheets, changing tables, changing pads, strollers, car seats and car seat1.9bases, baby swings, bottle sterilizers, and infant eating utensils are exempt.1.10EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective for sales and purchases made after June1.1130, 2025.Section 1. 1
