1.4    BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5Section 1. APPROPRIATION; ARROWHEAD ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
1.6    AGENCY.
1.7$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.8    of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant to the Arrowhead Economic
1.9    Opportunity Agency. The grant recipient must use grant money as a revolving fund for
1.10   acquiring and rehabilitating tax-forfeited properties for owner occupancy. Housing funded
1.11   with this grant must be affordable to the local work force. This is a onetime appropriation.
