No. 176R E S O L U T I O NWHEREAS, The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association iscelebrating the 30th anniversary of its founding at ConstructionIndustry Day at the State Capitol on February 5, 2025; andWHEREAS, Originally called the Hispanic ContractorsAssociation of DFW, the Regional Hispanic Contractors Associationwas established in 1995, and it has since dedicated itself topromoting the economic and professional growth of its members inthe architectural, engineering, and construction industry; andWHEREAS, Over the years, RHCA has grown to represent adiverse membership that encompasses general contractors,subcontractors, small business owners, engineers, architects,construction workers, safety training educators and instructors,and students, and its many services include safety and businessdevelopment training, bilingual classes, and networkingopportunities and events; moreover, the association collaborateswith various public agencies through its advocacy initiatives, andits Contractor Business Center assists contractors with projectprocurement, construction safety, and sustainability; andWHEREAS, Today, RHCA benefits from the able leadership ofpresident and chief executive officer John H. Martinez-D., as wellas RHCA board chair Rey Roca, vice chair Veronica Muñoz, immediatepast-chair Luis Delgado, treasurer Clint Binkley, secretary MarvinJackson, parliamentarian Angela M.
