Those applicants must have practiced the prior three11 years and otherwise meet the Office’s qualifications and criminal requirements12 for licensure.13 An act relating to the expedited issuance of professional licenses for14 practicing, qualified out-of-state applicants15 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:16 Sec. 1. 3 V.S.A. § 123 is amended to read:17 § 123. DUTIES OF OFFICE18 (a) The Office shall provide administrative, secretarial, financial,19 investigatory, inspection, and legal services to the boards.
