The prohibition on the possession and discharge of a firearm does not apply to a4 person 21 years of age or older who is not a student at that school and who possesses a5 permit to carry a concealed handgun under Title 25, chapter 252.6SUMMARY7 This bill allows a person to possess and discharge a firearm on school property if that8 person is not a student at that school, is 21 years of age or older and possesses a permit to9 carry a concealed handgun.Page 1 - 132LR1445(01)
