To codify Executive Order 14249 (relating to protecting America’s bank account against fraud, waste, and abuse).
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Protecting American Taxpayers from Wasteful Spending Act .
2.
Codification of Executive Order 14249, relating to protecting America’s bank account against fraud, waste, and abuse
Executive Order 14249 (90 Fed. Reg. 14011; relating to protecting America’s bank account against fraud, waste, and abuse, signed March 25, 2025), shall have the force and effect of law.
