To repeal the Open Meetings Clarification Emergency Amendment Act of 2025 enacted by the District of Columbia Council.

Repeal of Open Meetings Clarification Emergency Amendment Act of 2025
The Open Meetings Clarification Emergency Amendment Act of 2025 (D.C. Act 26–41) is repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by that Act shall be restored or revived as if that Act had not been enacted into law.
