Section 8141.0307, Special District Local LawsCode, is repealed.SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receivesa vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, asprovided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. Asprovided by Section 17(c), Article I, Texas Constitution, if thisAct does not receive a two-thirds vote of all the members elected toeach house, this Act does not take effect.
