Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,
concerning House Bill No. 36, relating to the placement of foster children in psychiatric
hospitals; relating to the care of children in state custody placed in residential facilities outside
the state; and amending Rule 12.1(b), Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules of Procedure.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:
        That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of
Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding
changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 36, relating to
the placement of foster children in psychiatric hospitals; relating to the care of children in state
custody placed in residential facilities outside the state; and amending Rule 12.1(b), Alaska
Child in Need of Aid Rules of Procedure.
