Prohibition on the allocation of funds to the National Endowment for Democracy
(a)
Prohibition
The head of an agency may not allocate any funds to the National Endowment for Democracy.
(b)
Agency defined
In this section the term agency has the meaning given that term in section 551 of title 5, United States Code.
