To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase the monthly housing stipend under the Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program for individuals who pursue programs of education solely through distance learning on more than a half-time basis.

Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Expanding Access for Online Veteran Students Act  .

Increase of monthly housing stipend under the Post-9/11 Educational Assistance Program for individuals who pursue programs of education solely through distance learning on more than a half-time basis
(a)
In general
Section 3313(c)(1)(B)(iii) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking  50 percent of .
(b)
Effective date
The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply to a quarter, semester, or term beginning on or after August 1, 2025.
