1.2relating to organization and operation of the Senate during the Special Session.
1.3BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota:
1.4The Senate is organized under Minnesota Statutes, sections 3.073 and 3.103.
1.5The Temporary Rules of the Senate for the 94th Legislature are the Rules for the Special
1.6Session, except that Rules 3.5, 4.1, 4.4 to 4.11, 5, and 9 are not operative other
than as provided in
1.7this resolution.
1.8The Committee on Rules and Administration is established in the same manner and with
the
1.9same powers as in the 94th Legislature.
1.10With respect to Rule 30, Reconsideration, a notice of intention to move for reconsideration
1.11is not in order, but a motion to reconsider may be made, and when made has priority
over other
1.12business except a motion to adjourn.
