To require the Secretary of State to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Muslim Brotherhood Is a Terrorist Organization Act of 2025  .
2.
Designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a Foreign Terrorist Organization
The Secretary of State shall designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1189 ).
