Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the2 contrary regulating the maximum age of applicants for appointment as police officer, Anthony3 Morales of the City of Haverhill, shall be eligible for appointment to the position of police4 officer in the City if he meets all other requirements, in which case he shall be eligible for5 certification and appointment to the police department of the City of Haverhill.6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.1 of 1
