JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services relating to Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act;
Marketplace Integrity and Affordability .
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; Marketplace Integrity and Affordability (90 Fed. Reg. 27074 (June 25, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
