To increase the apportionment of formula grants for small transit intensive cities.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Small Communities Transit Improvement Act  .
2.
Increase percentage of formula for small transit intensive cities
Section 5336(h)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking  3 percent  and inserting  5 percent .
