To codify Executive Order 14330 (relating to democratizing access to alternative assets for 401(k) investors).
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Retirement Investment Choice Act .
2.
Codification of executive order 14330
Executive Order 14330 (90 Fed. Reg. 38921; relating to democratizing access to alternative assets for 401(k) investors) shall have the force and effect of law.
