Official Code) is amended by striking and the Comptroller General of the United States .(b)Repeal of authority relating to performance accountability planSection 456(a)(1) of such Act (sec. 1–204.56a(a), D.C. Official Code) is amended—(1)by striking the Committees on Appropriations and inserting and the Committees on Appropriations ; and(2)by striking , and the Comptroller General .(c)Repeal of authority relating to performance accountability report(1)In generalSection 456(b)(1) of such Act (sec. 1–204.56b(a), D.C.
