7An Act relating to judicial elections; amending 26
7O.S. 2021, Section 11-108, which relates to judicial
8ballots; requiring inclusion of certain information
8on judicial ballots; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12     SECTION 1.        AMENDATORY    26 O.S. 2021, Section 11-108, is
12
13 amended to read as follows:
13
14     Section 11-108.    The ballots for retention of Justices of the
14
15 Supreme Court and Judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals, and the
15
16 ballots for Judges of the Court of Appeals, district judges and
16
17 associate district judges shall be without include party designation
17
18 and shall include the name of the appointing Governor and the date
18
19 of appointment, if applicable.
19
20     SECTION 2.    This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
