7An Act relating to alcoholic beverage licenses;
7prohibiting county or municipality from imposing
8certain requirements; providing for codification; and
8providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12     SECTION 1.       NEW LAW       A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4-107 of Title 37A, unless there
13
14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
14
15     No county or municipality shall require a distillery which has
15
16 produced two thousand five hundred cases or fewer in the last
16
17 calendar year, and is not open to the public, to maintain a certain
17
18 driveway width.

19     SECTION 2.    This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
