A bill to be entitled
An act relating to documentary stamp tax exemption;
repealing s. 21 of chapter 2024-158, Laws of Florida,
which provides for the future repeal of a documentary
stamp tax exemption for certain notes and obligations
connected to the sale of alarm systems; providing an
effective date.
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
Section 1. Section 21 of chapter 2024-158, Laws of
Florida, is repealed.
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
