II 119th CONGRESS 1st Session S. 3260 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES November 20, 2025 Ms. Ernst (for herself and Ms. Cortez Masto ) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs A BILL
To repeal the reduced postage rate for qualified political committees.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the Ending Subsidies for Political Junk Mail Act .
2.
Repeal of reduced postage rate for qualified political committees
Section 3626 of title 39, United States Code, is amended—
(1)
by striking subsection (e);
(2)
by redesignating subsections (f), (g), and (h) as subsections (e), (f), and (g), respectively;
(3)
by redesignating subsections (j) through (n) as subsections (h) through (l), respectively; and
(4)
in subsection (h), as redesignated by paragraph (3)—
(A)
in paragraph (1)(D), by striking subsection (m)(2) and inserting subsection (k)(2) ; and
(B)
in paragraph (3)(B), by striking subsection (m) and inserting subsection (k) .
