  AN ACT
 To authorize the transfer of property interests in certain state property.
 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
1Section 1.  1.     The governor is hereby authorized and
2   empowered to sell, transfer, grant, convey, remise, release,
3   and forever quitclaim all interest of the state of Missouri
4   in property located in the City of Harrisonville, Cass
5   County, Missouri.  The property to be conveyed is more
6   particularly described as follows:
7A part of Lot One (1) of the Northwest Quarter
8of Section 3, Township 44, Range 31,
9Harrisonville, Cass County, Missouri described
10as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of
11that tract of land described in deed of record
12in Book 558, Page 396 of the Recorder of Deeds
13Office, Cass County, Missouri, and being on the
14North line of said Lot 1 a distance of 268.55
15feet from the Northwest Corner of said Lot 1;
16run thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 50
17seconds West along the North line of said Lot 1
18a distance of 200 feet; run thence South 0
19degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of

48      3.   The attorney general shall approve the form of the
49 instrument of conveyance.

11      Principal Meridian, in Higginsville, Lafayette
