5This bill extends repeal dates for programs and committees under the Department of Health
6   and Human Services, and related provisions.
7   Highlighted Provisions:
8This bill:
9▸ extends the repeal date for the:
10●   Rare Disease Advisory Council Grant Program;
11●   Newborn Hearing Screening Committee;
12●   Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Grant Program;
13●   Behavioral Health Receiving Center Grant Program;
14●   Behavioral Health Crisis Response Committee; and
15●   Rural Physician Loan Repayment Program Advisory Committee; and
16▸ extends the repeal date for provisions regarding the:

19   Money Appropriated in this Bill:
20This bill appropriates $19,000 in operating and capital budgets for fiscal year 2027, all

194Under the terms and conditions of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, the
195   Legislature appropriates the following sums of money from the funds or accounts indicated for
196   the use and support of the government of the state of Utah.
