     Sec. 1. Secretary of State to adopt rules. Resolved: That, no later than January
 15, 2027, the Secretary of State shall adopt routine technical rules as described in the Maine
 Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A to authorize the licensing of persons
 to provide online driver education.
SUMMARY
     This resolve requires the Secretary of State to adopt routine technical rules no later than
 January 15, 2027 to authorize the licensing of persons to provide online driver education.
