    An Act relative to school choice.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
    of the same, as follows:
1  SECTION 1. Section 12B of chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024
2   Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 216, after the word “sections” the
3   following words:- ; provided, that this subsection shall only apply to receiving districts that
4   operate a middle school and high school.
