1 An Act to revise the speed limit restriction applicable to the operation of a golf cart
2on certain highways.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
4 Section 1. That § 32-14-15.1 be AMENDED:
532-14-15.1. Any person may operate a golf cart on a state or county highway if
6    the posted speed limit is twenty-five thirty-five miles per hour or less. Nothing in this
7    section relieves golf cart operators of any statutory requirements associated with motor
8    vehicle operation within this state.
