   General Description:
This bill addresses a community education program regarding female genital mutilation.

▸ repeals the requirement for the Department of Health and Human Services to develop a
   community education program regarding female genital mutilation.

76-5-703, as last amended by Laws of Utah 2022, Chapter 335
   Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Repealer.
This bill repeals:
Section 76-5-703, Community education program.
Section 2. Effective Date.
   This bill takes effect on May 6, 2026.
