  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 8408
 State of Washington  69th Legislature       2026 Regular Session

 Prefiled 01/07/26.
1     WHEREAS,   Bills,   joint  resolutions,   joint   memorials,  and
2 concurrent resolutions introduced at the 2025 regular session of the
3 sixty-ninth Legislature may require that they be considered at the
4 2026 regular session of the sixty-ninth Legislature; and
5     WHEREAS, The public interest requires that the business of the
6 2026 regular session of the sixty-ninth Legislature be considered and
7 acted upon as efficiently and expeditiously as possible;
8     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the state of
9 Washington, the House of Representatives concurring, That all bills,
10 joint resolutions, joint memorials, and concurrent resolutions
11 introduced in the 2025 regular session of the sixty-ninth Legislature
12 are reintroduced in the house in which they originated and shall
13 retain the same number and be given the highest legislative status
14 that they attained in the original house as shown by the official
15 House and Senate dockets upon the adjournment SINE DIE of the regular
16 session.
