                                            AN ACT
ENTITLED An Act to transfer moneys to the general fund from the budget reserve
       fund and the general revenue replacement fund, and to declare an
       emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. The state treasurer shall transfer $80,854,355 from the budget reserve fund to
the general fund.
Section 2. The state treasurer shall transfer $20,613,269 from the general revenue
replacement fund to the general fund.
Section 3. Whereas, this Act is necessary for the support of the state government and its
existing public institutions, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Act shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
