                                                   AN ACT
 To repeal section 313.660, RSMo, relating to off-track pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing.
 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
1Section A.  Section 313.660, RSMo, is repealed, to read as
2   follows:
1[313.660. 1. No individual shall for a
2fee, directly or indirectly, accept anything of
3value to be wagered or to be transmitted or
4delivered for wager in any pari-mutuel system of
5wagering on horse racing or for a fee deliver
6anything of value which has been received
7outside of the enclosure of a race track holding
8a horse race licensed under sections 313.500 to
9313.710 to be placed as wagers in the pari-
10mutuel pool within such enclosure.
112. Any individual violating the provisions
12of this section shall upon conviction be guilty
13of a class D felony.]
