SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
P.A. 104-17, Sec. 99
Amends Public Act 104-17. Changes the effective date of the Public Act from June 30, 2025 to July 1, 2026. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT concerning employment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. "An Act concerning employment", Public Act
5 104-17, is amended by changing Section 99 as follows:
6 (P.A. 104-17, Sec. 99)
7 Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
8 2026 [upon becoming law].

11 becoming law.

Amends Public Act 104-17. Changes the effective date of the Public Act from June 30, 2025 to July 1, 2026. Effective immediately.
