NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified14 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 22-101.4 of Title 11, unless15 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:16 A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, no17 municipality shall enter into any agreement with a person,18 partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership,19 corporation, limited liability company, trust, or other legal entity20 that would prohibit the municipality from making disclosure of the21 terms of any agreement with such entity that would make payment to22 or confer value upon such entity using an incentive, tax credit,23 direct or indirect payment, grant, or similar benefit offered to the24SENATE FLOOR VERSION - SB1619 SFLR Page 1(Bold face denotes Committee Amendments)1 entity if the benefit is provided through the use of municipal2 taxes.3B. The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not4 require a municipality to disclose information of a proprietary5 nature with respect to a for-profit business entity if the6 information has been provided to the municipality by or on behalf of7 the for-profit business entity. Such information shall include, but8 not be limited to, trade secrets, the cost of inputs used or9 consumed by the for-profit business entity, the labor costs of the10 for-profit business entity, or information related to profit margins11 on goods or services sold by the for-profit business entity.12 SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1510 of Title 19, unless there14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:15 A.
