RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the Comptroller is directed to issue his warrants on the Treasurer, payable from the contingent fund of the House to accomplish the work of the House of Delegates during the 2026 Regular Session of the General Assembly. Necessary payments to cover salaries of temporary employees, as well as contingent and incidental expenses, will be certified by the Clerk or his designee.
