A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION celebrating the Harrisburg Tigers as the 2025
         Class AA state gymnastics champions.
      WHEREAS, the Harrisburg Tigers gymnastics team displayed dominance throughout the 2025
season, placing first at the Eastern South Dakota Conference and the Metro Conference meets;
and
      WHEREAS, the Harrisburg Tigers gymnastics team achieved a historic milestone by winning
their first Class AA Championship, and set a new Class AA record with a team score of 152.983;
and
      WHEREAS, outstanding performances in the individual competitions led to first place finishes
for Katelyn Maeschen in the Class AA all-around and floor individual competitions, Emery Myron in
the Class AA beam individual competition, and Isabelle Reiners in the Class AA vault individual
competition; and
      WHEREAS, the team's success was driven by the dedicated coaching of head coach Callie
Aylward, who was named the Gymnastics Coach of the Year by the South Dakota High School
Coaches Association, and assistant coach Abby Christiansen;
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT COMMEMORATED, by the One Hundred First Legislature of the State
of South Dakota, that the Harrisburg Tigers women's gymnastics team is the 2025 Class AA state
gymnastics champions.
