7 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to permit all-
8 terrain vehicles (ATVs) to be operated along any class 3 or class 4 town
9 highway except if the town highway has been closed to ATV travel by the
10 legislative body of the municipality where the town highway is located.
11    An act relating to the operation of all-terrain vehicles on class 3 and class 4
12    town highways
13 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
