 II  119th CONGRESS  2d Session  S. 3693  IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES   January 27, 2026   Ms. Cortez Masto  (for herself and  Mr. Curtis ) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the  Committee on Energy and Natural Resources    A BILL
To extend the authorization for a large-scale water recycling and reuse grant program.
1.
Short title
This Act may be cited as the   Large-Scale Water Recycling Reauthorization Act  .
2.
Reauthorization of competitive grant program for large-scale water recycling and reuse program
Section 40905(k) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( 43 U.S.C. 3205(k) ) is amended by striking  5 years  and inserting  10 years .
