The Autism Spectrum Disorders Reporting Act is5 amended by adding Section 34 as follows:6 (410 ILCS 201/34 new)7 Sec. 34. Autism-specific support services information. A8 pediatric neurologist or any other physician who diagnoses9 autism in a child must provide to the child's family, at a10 follow-up appointment, information regarding autism-specific11 support services in paper form or through electronic means.
Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
