scr207/enrolled.txt83rd OREGON LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY--2026 Regular SessionEnrolledSenate Concurrent Resolution 207Sponsored by Senator WAGNER (Presession filed.)Be It Resolved by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Oregon:(1) This resolution constitutes a rule of proceeding of the Senate and the House of Represen-tatives of the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly.(2) The Senate and the House of Representatives shall adhere to the following schedule anddeadlines for the 2026 regular session of the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly:(a) The Senate and the House of Representatives shall convene in regular session on February2, 2026.(b) Committee chairpersons shall schedule work sessions for measures in the chamber of originno later than February 9, 2026. This paragraph does not apply to:(A) The Joint Committee on Ways and Means;(B) Other joint committees except for the Joint Committee on Transportation, Joint Committeeon Transportation Funding and Joint Committee on Transportation Oversight; and(C) The Senate Committee on Finance and Revenue, House Committee on Revenue, SenateCommittee on Rules, House Committee on Rules, Senate Committee on Conduct and House Com-mittee on Conduct.(c) Committees shall consider measures in the chamber of origin no later than February 16, 2026.This paragraph does not apply to:(A) The Joint Committee on Ways and Means;(B) Other joint committees except for the Joint Committee on Transportation, Joint Committeeon Transportation Funding and Joint Committee on Transportation Oversight; and(C) The Senate Committee on Finance and Revenue, House Committee on Revenue, SenateCommittee on Rules, House Committee on Rules, Senate Committee on Conduct and House Com-mittee on Conduct.(d) Committee chairpersons shall schedule work sessions for measures in the second chamberno later than February 20, 2026.
