hb239/introduced.txt1 HOUSE BILL 2392 57TH LEGISLATURE - STATE OF NEW MEXICO - SECOND SESSION, 20263 INTRODUCED BY4 Gail Armstrong5678910 AN ACT11 MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND12 ADMINISTRATION TO PAY A PRIOR-YEAR OBLIGATION.1314 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:15 SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred fifty thousand16 dollars ($650,000) is appropriated from the tribal[bracketed material] = delete17 infrastructure project fund to the department of finance andunderscored material = new18 administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to19 pay a prior-year obligation due a contractor pursuant to notice20 of obligation number 3 on tribal infrastructure project 23TIF1121 that was not paid to the legitimate contractor. Any unexpended22 balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2027 shall revert23 to the tribal infrastructure project fund.24 .233328.125
