                                11   MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND
                                12   ADMINISTRATION TO PAY A PRIOR-YEAR OBLIGATION.

                                14   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
                                15        SECTION 1.   APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred fifty thousand
                                16   dollars ($650,000) is appropriated from the tribal

                                17   infrastructure project fund to the department of finance and

                                18   administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to
                                19   pay a prior-year obligation due a contractor pursuant to notice
                                20   of obligation number 3 on tribal infrastructure project 23TIF11
                                21   that was not paid to the legitimate contractor.   Any unexpended
                                22   balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2027 shall revert
                                23   to the tribal infrastructure project fund.
