11 MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT FOR
12 A FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION FOR A
13 LOWRIDER MUSEUM IN ESPANOLA.

15 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
16 SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars
[bracketed material] = delete
17 ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
underscored material = new
18 cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2027
19 for a feasibility study and planning and implementation for a
20 lowrider museum in Espanola. Any unexpended balance remaining
21 at the end of fiscal year 2027 shall revert to the general
22 fund.
