1A BILL FOR AN ACT
2 Relating to health care.
3 Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
4      SECTION 1. The Oregon Health Authority shall study health care. The authority shall
5 submit a report in the manner provided by ORS 192.245, and may include recommendations
6 for legislation, to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health care
7 no later than September 15, 2027.
8      SECTION 2. Section 1 of this 2026 Act is repealed on January 2, 2028.
