Provides that individuals, corporations, professional limited liability companies, partnerships, and associations may employ practicum students, interns, or postdoctoral candidates seeking to fulfill the professional experience requirements needed to qualify for a license as a marriage and family therapist to assist in the rendering of marriage and family therapy services if the practicum students, interns, or postdoctoral candidates function under the direct supervision, order, control, and full professional responsibility of a licensed marriage and family therapist at the corporation, professional limited liability company, partnership, or association.
