AN ACT ELIMINATING VARIOUS OCCUPATIONAL AND
PROFESSIONAL LICENSE, PERMIT, CERTIFICATION AND
REGISTRATION FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to eliminate (1) occupational
2 license fees for speech and language pathologists, (2) license, permit,
3 certification and registration fees for occupations and professions
4 regulated by the Department of Consumer Protection, and (3)
5 certification fees for teaching certificates.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate various occupational and professional license, permit,
certification and registration fees.
