JOHNSON, 49th Dist.AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT ATWINDHAM HIGH SCHOOL.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in GeneralAssembly convened:1That notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-285a of the general2 statutes, or any regulation adopted by the State Board of Education or3 the Department of Administrative Services pursuant to said section4 concerning the reimbursement percentage that a local board of5 education may be eligible to receive for a school building project, the6 town of Windham may use the reimbursement rate of ninety-five per7 cent for the renovation project at Windham High School (Project8 Number 163-0079 RNV).Statement of Purpose:To provide the town of Windham with a ninety-five per centreimbursement rate for its school building project at Windham HighSchool.LCO No. 668 1 of 1
