AN ACT ESTABLISHING A CONNECTICUT DAIRY FARMER TAX

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to establish a dairy farmer tax
2 credit similar to the Massachusetts dairy farmer tax credit.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tax credit for dairy farmers in the state.
